To give you an idea of the style and content of the workshops on offer, some basic outlines are given below;

Connecting With Colour

3 HOURS including 2 short 10 minute breaks

$35 per head $20 redeemable on any Smiling Inside Purchases at the event.

Hostess will receive her choice of Smiling Inside Products or Services to the value of $100.

Hostess to provide suitable light refreshment for her guests. Max 20 people.

Part 1   Introduction to Colour and the Energy of the Chakras

            Learn about the colours and emotions associated with each of the major energy centres of the body.

            Colour Meditation 

            Participate in a guided colour meditation to intuit your current colour driver.

             Recieve ideas on colour links and possibilities for your everyday life.

            Accessorising with Colour 

            Working Up your colour choices so that you look and feel amazing from the inside out!

           Become an Expert by practicing the different scarf styling techniques with other members of the group.
