Why Colour ?
Why colour? I have chosen Colour as the primary "connecting tool" in the concept of Smiling Inside because of it's magnificent ability to influence our state of mind, our perceptions, and therefore our day-to-day emotional state.
Often referred to as the "silent language of the soul", I am mesmorized by the implications of Colour on our everyday life in creating harmony,creating beauty,and creating peace.
Colour talks to us, guides us and balances us. We are under the influence of colour every moment of our lives. Even when sleeping,the energy and vibration of colour is doing it's work. We choose colour for comfort and relaxation in our homes, in our work places for focus and clarity. We select clothing every day to suit our mood, or the occasion or task we face that day. We choose our food in a range of colours to ensure a balance of nutrition and therefore good health. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Granted these choices are often spontaneous and unconscious, but what if there was an insight or two to be noted? At the very least, another perspective.At best the beginning of a new awareness of colour and it's role in your life and emotional wellbeing.
