A wonderful experience for members of the Newborn Mothers Group will be staged in September 25th. Details of the workshop are as follows. The event will be held at the E Shed Markets in Fremantle commencing at 1pm. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Connecting With Colour

3 HOURS including 2 short 10 minute breaks

Part 1   Introduction to Colour and the Energy of the Chakras

            Learn about the colours and emotions associated with each of the major energy centres of the body.

            Colour Meditation 

            Participate in a guided colour meditation to intuit your current colour driver.

            Working Up your colour choices so that you look and feel amazing from the inside out!
